About us

At Knightec Group (formerly Semcon) in Linköping, you will be part of our team within Project Management and Quality. As consultants, we support our clients with quality improvements and challenges – we work with everything from multinational companies to innovative startups.

About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to develop in roles and assignments where you can work closely with both technology and people. You may have the opportunity to work and develop as, for example:

• Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) – where you ensure that suppliers' products and processes meet high quality standards through review, analysis, and improvement work.
• Quality Engineer – where you drive quality improvements, analyze deviations, and implement solutions to optimize production and development processes.
• Business Developer – where you identify areas for improvement, implement effective working methods, and contribute to a more sustainable and competitive business.
• Change Leader – where you lead organizations through change processes, create engagement, and ensure successful implementation of new working methods.

You will work on assignments where you collaborate with development departments, production, purchasing, and subcontractors. With us, you will have a varied everyday life where you can influence, develop, and drive the work forward!

Who are you?

We believe you have an engineering background in mechanics, design, production, and at least a few years of experience in your field, preferably with a focus on quality. Either you have already worked in a similar role or you are ready to take the next step in your career. You are driven by solving problems and thrive in a changing environment where you need to make quick decisions and adapt to customer needs. Additionally, you are attentive and enjoy a varied consulting role.

We also believe that you:

• Have a structured and meticulous working style, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Have a good understanding of quality tools and processes within the manufacturing industry and are passionate about continuous improvements.
• Are a communicative and outgoing person who enjoys collaborating and building strong relationships.
• Master both Swedish and English fluently, in both speech and writing.
• Have a B driver's license and are flexible for assignments that may require travel.

As some of our assignments are subject to defense secrecy, Swedish citizenship and a security clearance may be required.
